I was actually outside of the state of California for the entire time that this case was litigating and did not need to meet them physically, just several phone calls and lots of emails back and forth. By the time I called Brian, I was getting absolutely nowhere with the manufacturer: they never returned my calls and my car had been in the shop for over 6 weeks (with no estimated fix date in sight). I was extremely frustrated and did not have anything to lose at that point. The initial phone call with Brian gave me lots of clarification on my situation including the arbitration process and payment/expenses compensation. I decided to go with Cline APC at that point and it was the absolutely right choice. One thing to keep in mind: take detailed notes. The more detailed notes you keep, the easier you make it for everyone. So if you're reading this now and you haven't started - write everything down, keep all your email correspondence, make a detailed timeline of events, etc. Something else I'll mention is it took far longer than their initial estimate of 30-90 days to settle... the case took well over a year to settle and for me to receive my settlement check. Much of it was due to the pandemic but a lot of it was also due to back and forth delays between the courts and manufacturer.

Unfortunately, I had a 2013 Nissan Altima that was a Lemon and I went through a couple consultations with other lawyers before I came across Cline APC, Attorneys at Law. I am so glad that I chose this firm to represent me. They were professional and efficient and friendly. If you are wondering who can help you, I assure you… you have found the right person in Brian Cline.I purchased a used car in 2015 and from the day that I brought it home, it had problems. I took my car back to the dealership time and time again. Finding the time to keep taking the car into the service department became such a hassle and trying to make the service department manager listen to me was an incredibly infuriating experience. Chances are, if you are reading reviews of Lemon Law attorneys, it’s because you have a problem with your car, you have already read about California’s Lemon Law, you are pretty sure you qualify and now, it’s time to find an attorney. This was the fourth lemon law legal firm I spoke with about my case.Lawyer One: I actually met him in the waiting room of the dealership and he introduced the notion of a lemon lawsuit, I had no idea. My brand new Dodge Challenger that I bought from the dealership came defective from the factory and ended up with water damage, which fried the whole electrical system in the car. I purchased a brand new car in approx May 2020. I noticed a problem with the car from the first day that I took delivery. The manufacturer attempted a repair on four occasions but was unable to remedy the problem. The manufacturer was not willing to replace the vehicle. I found a lemon law attorney online that was reasonably well reviewed. However, after reviewing my case, the attorney told me that I didn't have a strong enough case and she was unwilling to take me on as a client. I then continued my Google search and came upon the Cline Team. Upon review of my supporting documentation, they told me that I definitely had a strong case and immediately took me on as a client. I couldn't have been happier with their representation. While the whole case took a lot longer than I would have liked (approx 7 months), I understand that the delay was caused by the manufacturers counsel being extremely slow and non-responsive. Ultimately, the manufacturer refunded every cent that I had laid out on the car (payments, registration) and took the car back. We got the results that we wanted and got to use the car for 9 months at no cost. The whole team was awesome. Brian Cline heads the team and while I had little communication with him, I know that he relies on his awesome team. My primary communications were with Mark Johnson, and then later with Shawnee Cummings and Camille Galanto. Each member of this team were great! I hope that I will never need Lemon Law representation again, but I know that if I do, I will only make one call. It is without hesitation that I give the Cline group my full endorsement and it is my pleasure to write this 5-star review!!!
