Does Your Vehicle Qualify for Nissan Lemon Law?
Experiencing problems with a Nissan vehicle does not always mean it’s a lemon. Nissan lemon law claims may only be valid in California if:
- The Nissan is experiencing one or more substantial defects that impair its use, value or safety – and is covered under the manufacturer or dealer warranty, and
- Nissan’s certified repair technicians have made a reasonable number of unsuccessful repair attempts (usually at least two) to fix the warranty-covered defect, or
- The Nissan vehicle has been out of service for a total of 30 or more days due to repairs, and
- The defect(s) was not caused by driver abuse.
